Abstract

This paper has been prepare to provide a picture about the massive migration that has been arriving to Europe in the XXth Century, situation that led to the creation of the european border control agency (Frontex) as the responsible for coordinate the communitarian efforts in order to securitize the external borders. In the body of work we will talk about the state of art about the migration discussion and the border’s control: the european situation related to migration and the way the European Union has established its politics about internal migration (Schengen) and its politics towards the border’s control (Frontex).
