The construction of public policies as a mechanism to promote social well-being

Abstract

The main objective of this article is to present in a general way the fundamental tools for the construction of public policies, which range from the understanding of the existing social problems to the performance of the government's work in terms of solid communication between key actors, such as : government authorities, citizens and private initiative. Furthermore, emphasis is placed on the importance of analyzing each of the stages that make up the public policy process, in order to observe the gradual changes that are emerging and thus improve the stabilizing environment.
