Abstract

The objective of this article is to analyze the regulatory framework for financial technologies (Fintech) in force in Great Britain, which is a global leader in the matter; This as a reference for the preparation of the Fintech bill in Mexico. Relying on the close ties of bilateral cooperation that both countries maintain, all of this within the strategic framework for the development of the national financial inclusion policy that Mexico has carried out since 2011 to achieve economic development by betting on the strengthening of a solid and inclusive financial system.
