Some notes to understand the political parties of the 21st century. The experience of the Pirate Parties, Party X and the wiki-parties

Abstract

This article is about the political parties that emerged in the 21st century. This work has as social subjects of study the Pirate Parties, the X Party and the Wiki-Parties. We consider that these social subjects differ from traditional political parties thanks to the intensive and extensive use of information and communication technologies, the use of assemblyism, the search for what they call "real democracy", the reformulation of the concept of citizenship , its empowerment and the absence of marked leadership. In this article, some questions are attached to understand and analyze them, in addition to describing, even briefly, their emergence and development.
