Abstract

Teleworking has been a fundamental tool in recent years, the law tries to cover all needs and a fundamental tool has been online contracts and more specifically adhesion contracts where within them there are no terms or cou-nteroffers, they are mere adhesions to virtual platforms. Although legally there has been a great debate between the social scope that platforms can have for both workers and users, one of the contemporary tools that legis-lators use is legal cybernetics that aims to give concept and guidance to all these new technologies that arise with the advent of tics.
