Abstract

This article aims to share the main changes in higher education in Vietnam following the Doi Moi reforms, rapid growth and international cooperation received by the country. These transformations are a product of the rapid economic growth that the country has had in the last two decades, accompanied by international cooperation efforts. Part of the question: What are the main changes in higher education in Vietnam since 1986? The main results are: that the Vietnamese government has carried out reforms in the educational sector to adapt to the international economic insertion of the country, in addition, the changes brought about are supported by international cooperation granted by the World Bank, Australia, among other actors in the system. international.
