Martha Vergara Fregoso, University of Guadalajara

PhD in Education. Professor-researcher in the Department of International Studies of the University Center of Social Sciences and Humanities of the University of Guadalajara. She is recognized by the SNI II and has a Prodep profile. She currently coordinates the Ibero-American Network for Research and Training in Postgraduate Education (RIIFPE).

José Antonio Méndez Sanz, University of Oviedo

Phd. in Philosophy. Professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Oviedo, Spain. He has been a visiting professor at the University of Guadalajara, the Santo Tomás University in Colombia, the San Carlos University in Guatemala, and the National University of the Peruvian Amazon in Peru.
