This issue of InterNaciones seeks to contribute to the understanding of the new axes of international power, where knowledge, data, education, and artificial intelligence are contested with the same intensity as natural resources or territory. It focuses on reflecting on knowledge governance, cognitive sovereignty, and the tensions between epistemic hegemonies and projects of decolonizing knowledge, opening a forum for proposals, analyses, and experiences that enrich the theoretical and empirical debate in the field of international studies.Downloads
